TEKENA THANKGOD IKPAKI FOUNDATION BOOSTS EDUCATION, HUMANITARIAN SERVICE
The Tekena ThankGod Ikpaki Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to education, youth empowerment, and humanitarian service through key interventions unveiled during the birthday anniversary celebration of its Chief Executive Officer, Tekena ThankGod Ikpaki, held at Everest Event Center, Okrika.
As part of its annual empowerment initiative, the foundation awarded one-off scholarships to 100 tertiary students, spanning from 100 level to final year, in a move aimed at supporting academic excellence and promoting youth development.
Speaking at the event, Ikpaki urged individuals to embrace peaceful living, support humanity, and contribute meaningfully to societal growth and well-being.
Ikpaki, who also serves as Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), said his life journey has been shaped by perseverance, sacrifice, and determination. He explained that his passion for positively impacting lives inspired the establishment of the Tekena ThankGod Ikpaki Foundation, which has continued to serve as a platform for supporting vulnerable groups and advancing social development.
In addition to the scholarships, the philanthropist also presented recognition awards to over 100 beneficiaries and pledged support for persons with disabilities through the provision of business capital for those involved in fishing and trading, alongside scholarship opportunities for graduates among them.
He expressed appreciation to his family, friends, associates, staff, and members of the foundation for their continued support, noting that their encouragement has been instrumental to his achievements and his sustained ability to give back to society.
