What are the Corporate Social Responsibilities of the COMPANIES that we HOST?

Has any Member of the House of Assembly Representing Ogu/Bolo sponsored/Passed a Bill on Companies Social Responsibility to the Ogu as a host Community?.

If Skills Acquisition, Construction of Inter-locked link roads, building of Staff Quarters, Donation of Computers/Internet classes, Chairs/desk etc is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility to Host Communities, why then is INTELS, West African Container Terminal (WACT) and SNEPCO alone doing that Year in Year out?

Why are the Other Companies not doing the same?.
Is there something we need to know?.
